Geotechnical Services
- Foundations – design of footings, pads, pipe piles, helical piles and anchored systems.
- Soil Slope stability – soil slope assessments and Legislated Landslide assessments
- Rock Slope Assessments – stability assessments, rockfall hazard and risk analysis, design of anchors and, design of catch fences and barriers
- Emergency Assessments – provide rapid review of geohazard(s) to assess risks to life and infrastructure and, recommendations for mitigation options
- Geotechnical Forensic Reviews – assessment of failures in foundations, landslides, retaining walls and drainage systems and; provide expert reports to aid in dispute resolution, insurance claims and litigation
Civil Engineering
- Small Subdivision Design – fee simple or strata subdivisions typically less than 15 lots, design of lot layouts, roadway geometrics, drainage systems, water system design, utility layouts, contract administration for construction
- Drainage Assessment – design of surface and building runoff drainage systems for natural outfall or infiltration approaches
